【摘 要】 目的：探讨质子泵抑制剂变色的原因。方法：采用了同等条件的模拟试验，测定注射用奥美拉唑钠钠、注射用泮托拉唑钠、注射用兰索拉唑在不同的PH、温度、放置时间下对溶液颜色的影响。结果：质子泵抑制剂在不同的PH、温度、放置时间下发生了颜色变化。结论：试验结果与病房所述药液颜色变化过程相吻合，基本证实了质子泵抑制剂在上述条件的影响下会发生颜色的变化。
