【摘 要】 目的 探讨细节管理在提高儿科门急诊留置针使用过程的作用。方法 将细节管理应用在儿科门急诊留置针使用中的每一个环节进行分析、整改、落实，进一步提高儿科门急诊留置针实用的安全性，提高护理工作效率，提高患儿治疗的满意度。结果 细节管理运用于儿科门诊留置针管理，完善了门急诊留置针使用的流程，进一步规范了留置针使用的操作细节，减少了居家带管的风险，有效的保证了护理安全。结论 细节管理值得在门急诊留置针使用时运用。
