【摘 要】 过敏性紫癜是儿童常见的系统性血管炎，目前以药物治疗为主，极易复发。众多学者对本病病因及发病机制进行了大量研究与探讨，HSP的确切病因仍有很多不清楚。近年的研究表明，HSP不是单一因素引起的疾病，而是涉及病原学、遗传学和免疫学等多因素的疾病。
