【摘 要】 目的探讨艾迪注射液治疗老年晚期恶性肿瘤腹腔积液的疗效，观察其安全性及不良反应。方法采取腹腔穿刺并置14G单腔中心静脉导管引流积液后，将艾迪注射液50ml缓慢注入腹腔内，每周1次，4周为一周期。4周后评价疗效。结果68例恶性腹腔积液患者，完全缓解(CR)7例，部分缓解(PR) 40例，稳定(SD) 16例，进展(PD)5例，总有效率69.12%(47/68)。生活质量显著改善23例，改善29例，稳定11例，减退5例，生活质量改善率76.47%。结论艾迪注射液治疗老年晚期恶性腹腔积液有效，且能提高患者生活质量。

 Clinical Study on Aidi Injection in Treating Elderly Patients with Advanced M alignant Seroperitoneum

 (Central Hospital of Binzhou,Binzhou,Shandong,251700;Huimin County Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital,Binzhou,Shandong,251700)【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of Aidi injection in elderly patients with advanced m alignant seroperitoneum.Methods68 elderly patients with advanced m alignant seroperitoneum were treated with Aidi injection (50ml intraperitoneal,weeky) after abdominal puncture and drainage seroperitoneum with 14G single lumen central venous catheter, 4 weeks as a cycle.The efficacy and toxicity were evaluated after 4 weeks.ResultsAmong the 68 elderly patients with advanced m alignant seroperitoneum,the overall response rate (CR+PR) was 69.12% (47/68),with 7 cases (10.29%) CR,40 cases (58.82%) PR,16 cases (23.53%) SD,5 cases(7.35%) PD;and improvement rate of the quality of life was 76.47%,significantly improved in 23 cases,improved in 29 cases, stabilized in 11 cases, decreased in 5 cases.ConclusionAidi injection is effective and can improve the quality of life in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced m alignant seroperitoneum. ......
