【摘 要】 目的分析探讨血液病化疗后并发肺部真菌感染的护理效果。方法选取40例血液病化疗后并发肺部真菌感染患者作为研究对象，所有患者均给予药物对症护理、保护性隔离护理、症状护理、心理指导及饮食护理等，就护理效果进行了回顾性分析。结果护理干预后并发症患者治疗总有效率达80.0%，其中治愈24例，明显好转8例；治疗与护理失败率为12.5%，不良反应发生率为17.5%。结论对血液病化疗后并发肺部真菌感染患者行全方位护理可以切实提升抗真菌效果，减少治疗过程中的不良反应，对于提升患者生活质量效果显著。
