【摘 要】 目的研究两种输液器在输液操作过程中的特点，保证患者的输液治疗的有效性和安全性，提高护士的工作效率。方法对2013年9月-10月在我科输液的160例患者，随机分为两组，观察输液过程中的排气时间和更换补液时间、排气液体损失量和剩余液体损失量，以及患者的满意度。结果实验组患者在排气时间与更换补液时间、液体损失量比对照组明显减少，而患者的满意度方面实验组高于对照组。结论自动止液输液器缩短了护士的工作时间，提高了护士的工作效率，同时能够减少药液浪费，保证输液治疗的有效性和安全性，提高了患者满意度。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveStudy the characteristics of two kinds of infusion apparatus in the process of infusion to ensure the safety of the patients and to improve the work efficiency of nurses.Methods160 patients in our department infusion from September to October in 2013 are randomly divided into two groups,to observe the time of infusion of the exhaust and the time of replacement of the rehydration, exhaust liquid loss and residual loss,and the patient,s satisfaction.ResultThe experimental group patients have less time and less exhausted liquid,and the higher satisfaction compared to the control group.ConclusionAutomatic check fluid infusion cuts and the time of nurses,work short and improves the working efficiency of nurses,at the same time it can reduce the waste liquid,to ensure the safety of transfusion and to improve the patients, satisfaction ......
