【摘 要】 目的探析在甲状腺疾病的诊治中血清促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRab)放免检测的应用价值。方法收集我院2012年9月至2013年9月收治的甲状腺疾病患者180例和正常对照组60例作为研究对象，将甲状腺疾病患者按照疾病种类分为桥本氏病组、Graves组和其他甲状腺疾病组，应用RRA以及CLLA。分别对四组患者进行血清TRab放免检测、游离甲状腺素检测(FT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸检测(FT3)和TRab阳性率检测。结果Graves组的血清TRab水平(85.2±30.5)和TRab阳性率[91.95%(80/87)]显著高于对照组的(5.4±0.9，P0.05)。结论血清TRab放免检测在甲状腺疾病尤其是桥本氏病和Graves病的诊治中，具有相当的诊断价值。
