【摘 要】 粘连性肠梗阻大多为获得型，常见的是腹部术后所致。单纯性粘连性肠梗阻多采用保守治疗，绞窄性肠梗阻多采用手术治疗；护理配合极为重要，首先做好禁食、胃肠减压；给予补液，保持水、电解质、酸碱平衡；适当活动，有利于机体和胃肠道功能的恢复。
