当前位置: 首页 > 保健版 > 家庭健康 > 女性保健 > 孕育新生命 > 胎儿知识 编号：13679082 胎儿肾脏回声增强的临床分析 http://www.100md.com 2014年6月1日 《医药与保健》 20146 超声检查,产前检查,多囊肾   【摘 要】 目的探讨和研究超声检查胎儿肾脏回声增强的临床意义。方法研究对象选取为2011年1月-2013年10月之间的26例产前B超发现胎儿肾脏回声增强病例，征求产妇意愿，对同意引产的14例进行引产后胎儿尸体解剖，其余12例则进行随访。结果本组26例胎儿中4例合并染色体异常，3例合并其它脏器异常，1例具有多囊肾家族史，12例未引产的患儿中，2例出生后B超检查提示肾脏回声转为正常，7例B超表现与产前相同，但无任何明显症状。结论B超提示胎儿肾脏回声增强主要是由于多囊肾、非特异性肾病或肾脏发育不良所致，在合并肾脏回声增强时应当警惕，要详细了解胎儿家族史、羊水量并做好各项检查，综合判断。

 (Nanhai District of Foshan City,Guangdong Province People's Hospital,528200)【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical significance of ultrasonography of fetal kidney echo enhancement.MethodsThe research object for 26 cases of prenatal B ultrasound January 2011 October 2013 echo enhancement was found Between the fetal kidney cases,soliciting maternal intention to agree,induction of labor was carried out in 14 cases of fetal autopsy after induced labor,the other 12 cases were followed up.Results4 cases with chromosomal abnormalities in this group of 26 fetuses,3 cases combined with other organs anomalies,1 cases with a family history of polycystic kidney in 12 cases,not induced in 2 cases after birth,B ultrasound examination showed hyperechoic kidneys to normal,7 cases of B ultrasound manifestations and prenatal identical,but without any obvious symptoms.ConclusionB ultrasound tip echo of fetal renal enhancement is mainly due to polycystic kidney disease,nonspecific nephropathy or renal dysplasia caused by,should be vigilant in patients with renal echo enhancement,to understand in detail the family history,fetal amniotic fluid volume and do a good job in the examination,the comprehensive judgment. ......
