【摘 要】 目的 评价高压氧治疗脑挫伤致昏迷的疗效。方法 选取我院2008-2013年脑挫伤致昏迷(GCS评分5-8分)231例，予以高压氧治疗20次。结果 129例患者中96例GCS评分提高至10分以上(含10分)，4例患者昏迷改善不明显(GCS评分8分以下)。结论 高压氧治疗对脑挫伤致昏迷疗效确切。
