【摘 要】 目的 建立八味黄连跌打水中黄连的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法 采用薄层色谱法对处方中的黄连进行定性鉴别。结果 薄层色谱法可鉴别出处方中的黄连。结论 该方法专属性强、重现性好，可用于八味黄连跌打水的质量控制。
