[摘 要] 目的 观察甲基强的松龙(MP)联合注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗急性脊髓损伤的疗效。方法 对31例急性脊髓损伤患者早期采用甲基强的松龙冲击联合注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗，并与早期或同期和研究组条件一致、损伤程度相当的未进行此治疗的23例患者进行比较。结果 采用MP联合注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗组神经功能改善的速度和程度均优于对照组。结论 早期MP联合注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗ASCI，对于抑制继发性脊髓损伤的发生、发展以及促进神经功能的恢复具有重要意义，治疗ASCI有确实疗效。

Coordinated Therapy of Methylprednisolone and Mouse Nerve Growth Factor for Injection on Acute Spinal cord Injury

[abstract] objective To study the therapeutic effect of methylprednisolone and mouse nerve growth factor for injection therapy on acute spinal cord injury. Methods Methylprednisolone and mouse nerve growth factor for injection were used on 31 acute spinal cord injury patients as early as possible. The effect was observed and compared with 23 patients in a parallel contral group. Result The recovery of those patients who took methylprednisolone and mouse nerve growth factor for injection ware more rapidly and the degree of recovery was much greater than those who had not. Conclusion Methylprednisolone and mouse nerve growth factor for injection play an important role in inhabiting the development of secondary spinal cord injury and improving the patients’neurologic function in early acute spinal cord injury, had an certainty curative effect on ASCI. ...... 第 1 2 页 下一页
