1 临床资料
1.1 一般资料
64例患者,男36例,女28例;年龄34±68å²ï¼Œå¹³å‡41.5±8.5å²ï¼›å…¥é€‰æ ‡å‡†ï¼šâ‘ 所有病例符åˆ1999å¹´WTOè¯Šæ–æ ‡å‡†ï¼›â‘¡â…¡åž‹ç³–尿病诊æ–的年龄在34å²ä»¥ä¸Šï¼›â‘¢è¿›å…¥å®žéªŒå‰æ²»ç–—ä»…å±€é™äºŽè¿åŠ¨æˆ–é¥®é£ŸæŽ§åˆ¶ï¼Œæˆ–è€…ä½¿ç”¨é™ç³–è¯ç‰©æ²»ç–—的时间少于24个月;④入选患者è‚ã€è‚¾åŠŸèƒ½æ£å¸¸ï¼Œæ— 酮症。

治疗å‰åŠæ²»ç–—åŽç¬¬8周检查空腹血糖(FPG)ã€é¤åŽ2H血糖(2hPG)ã€ç³–化血红蛋白(HbA1c),体é‡ã€ä¸è‰¯å应ç‰ï¼Œæ‰€æœ‰ç—…例共观察8周;治疗期间åœç”¨ç£ºè„²ç±»ã€ç³–苷酶抑制剂ç‰ã€‚血糖测定用酶法,糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)用高效液相法。

通过64例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者应用诺和龙与二甲åŒèƒè”用疗效表明,å¯å®‰å…¨æœ‰æ•ˆçš„é™ä½Žè¡€ç³–ï¼Œå…¨é¢æ”¹å–„空腹血糖ã€é¤åŽè¡€ç³–和糖化血红蛋白,是值得推广的治疗模å¼ã€‚
