[摘 要] 目的 观察纤维支气管镜(简称纤支镜)在治疗支气管扩张并感染中的临床应用价值。 方法 把46例支气管扩张并感染患者随机分为两组，治疗组23例在常规内科治疗的基础上应用纤支镜进行支气管肺泡灌洗。对照组23例仅给予内科治疗。结果 治疗组的治疗好转率明显高于对照组(p﹤0.05)，临床症状消失以及住院时间均较对照组明显缩短(p﹤0.01)。结论 在常规内科治疗的基础上应用纤支镜治疗支气管扩张并感染简单易行，临床症状迅速缓解，能显著提高疗效，缩短住院时间，值得临床推广应用。
