[摘 要] 目的 了解某院铜绿假单胞菌的分布及对常用抗菌药物的耐药性。方法 对2005年3月～2007年2月间的各类标本进行分离培养，用“天地人”微生物分析系统生化试验卡鉴定，并用“天地人” 微生物分析系统相配套的药敏试验卡进行药敏试验。 结果 共分离出309株铜绿假单胞菌，其对美洛培南、左氟沙星、阿米卡星、环丙沙星的敏感性较高。结论 铜绿假单胞菌对3代头孢菌素耐药严重，呈多种耐药现象。美洛培南仍为治疗铜绿假单胞菌严重感染的首选药。

Drug sensittivity analysis of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical distribution and the antimicrobial resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in a hospital. Methods The bacteria from samples which were gathered from respective department between November 2005 and Octorber 2007 were cultured,isolated and identified with “TIANDIREN”microbial identification system.The antimicrobial sensitivity was detected with test card corresponding to“TIANDIREN”microbial identification system. Results Totally 309 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated and were more sensitive to meropenem 、levofloxacin、amikacin、ciprofloxacin. Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa was severely resistant to third generation cepholosporins and represented multiple drug resistance,meropenem remains to be the first choice to treat the severe infection whict caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa ......
