[摘要]据前人研究，对大建中汤药理研究作一综述。从改善微循环功能、镇痛作用、对脾阳虚证的改善、对消化系统运动的调节作用等方面进行阐述。以期为临床用药提供一定的药理依据，为大建中汤的进一步研究提供较为完善的资料。
