[摘 要] 目的 观察护理干预对产后出血的影响。方法 就本院200例产妇进行个体化的护理干预。结果 中度出血136例；重度出血63例，失血性休克10例。这些患者均全部抢救成功，未造成死亡。结论 实施护理干预降低了产后出血的发生比率，减少了许多并发症。

 [Abstract] Objective To observation about nursing influence on postpartum bleeding. Method 200 cases for individualized of the nursing. Result The moderate bleeding 136 cases，serious of 63 cases， 10 cases had a shock. All the patients are all rescued， no death. Conclusion Nursing reduce the postpartum bleeding in the ratio and reduce the number of complications.
