[摘 要] Th17细胞是新近被鉴定的一种效应Th细胞，IL-17为其标志性分泌的细胞因子，它在各种感染性疾病和自身免疫性疾病中发挥重要作用。自身免疫性损伤是心肌炎发病机制中的重要因素之一,并且与扩张型心肌病的发病有关。IL-21是近年来被发现和关注的一个四螺旋束的细胞因子，主要由CD4+Th细胞和NKT细胞分泌。目前研究表明，IL-21是一个新的促炎症因子，能够促进Th17细胞的增殖和分化，促进IL-17的分泌，在多种自身免疫性疾病的进程中起关键性作用。研究Th17细胞及其相关因子在免疫性疾病中的作用十分必要,为进一步揭示心肌炎的发病机制,阻断心肌炎向扩张型心肌病进展提供新的思路。
