[摘要]目的总结重症肝炎患者在临床治疗中的护理经验。方法对2009年6月～2011年9月我院收治的42例重症肝炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果42例重症肝炎患者除8例死亡外，其余患者经有效的护理均取得了满意效果。结论通过积极、合理的护理，可有效提高重症肝炎的治疗效果和存活率。

 [Abstract] Objective: To summarize the clinical treatment of patients with severe hepatitis in the care experience. Methods: June 2009 September 2011 42 patients admitted to our hospital with severe hepatitis patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 42 cases of severe hepatitis in addition to 8 deaths, the remaining patients after effective care have achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion: The positive and reasonable care, can effectively improve the treatment of severe hepatitis and survival.
