[摘要]目的探讨银质针配合手法、功能锻炼治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法对88例肩周炎患者采用银质针配合手法、功能锻炼进行治疗，观察疗效。结果88例中痊愈51例，显效24例，有效13例，无效0例，总有效率100%。结论银质针配合手法、功能治疗肩周炎疗效确切。

 [ Abstract ] Objective: To silver needle combined with manipulation， functional exercise in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with. Methods: 88 cases of periarthritis of shoulder with silver needle combined with manipulation， and functional exercise for treatment， observation curative effect.
