摘要：目的探讨慢性呼吸衰竭患者诊疗的临床体会。方法将90例慢性呼吸衰竭患者的诊断和临床治疗方法。结果慢性呼吸衰竭多有一定的基础疾病，但急性发作发生失代偿性呼衰，可直接危及生命，必须采取及时而有效的抢救。呼衰处理的原则是保持呼吸道通畅条件下，改善缺O2和纠正CO2潴留以及代谢功能紊乱。结论发生慢性呼吸衰竭后，应及早应用机械通气可提高抢救成功率，避免多器官功能衰竭。积极控制感染、营养支持是治疗成功的关键性。
