[摘要]目的探讨阴式子宫全切术的手术方法及其临床应用效果。方法选择180例阴式子宫全切术患者的临床资料进行分析。结果180例手术均获得成功，术后随访半年，有三例阴道残端肉芽组织生长，无一例阴道断端脱垂。结论阴式子宫全切术创伤小、无腹部瘢痕，对腹腔干扰少，术后无须镇痛，具有良好的应用前景。

 [Abstract] Objective To study the vaginal hysterectomy in surgical methods and clinical application. Methods 160 cases of vaginal hysterectomy in patients with clinical data for analysis. Results of 180 cases were successful surgery, patients were followed up 2-6 months, there are three cases of vaginal stump the growth of granulation tissue, no case of vaginal stump prolapse. Conclusion vaginal hysterectomy trauma, no abdominal scar, less interference of the abdominal cavity, no postoperative pain, has a good prospect.
