[摘要]目的 探讨断指再植术的临床护理。方法 以我院2008年6月至2010年6月在我院就诊的患者111例断指再植术患者的护理分析，从做好心理护理，术前术后临床观察处理，康复训练等。结果 111例共再植180指，术后存活175指，按再植指计算，存活率为97.2%。结论 要具有精湛的显微外科技术，注重心理护理，消除患者焦虑的情绪及指导患者正确的功能锻炼也是手术成功的重要保证。
