[摘要] 目的 总结泌尿外科手术后的临床护理。方法 对我院收治的患者均实施经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)护理、经尿道前列腺电气化术(TUVP) 护理、腹腔镜护理、经输尿管镜气压弹道术(URS)护理。结果 微创泌尿外科护理方法的进步既体现科学性，又体现人文性；同时配合了手术治疗，患者恢复更加容易，使患者感到舒适，又减少并发症的发生。结论 微创泌尿外科护理操作要与治疗手段相适应，这才是手术成功的保证。

 [Abstract] Objective To summarize the urological clinical care after surgery. Methods The patients were admitted to hospital implementation of transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) care, electrification of transurethral prostate surgery (TUVP) care, laparoscopic care, surgery by ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy (URS) care. The results of minimally invasive urology nursing not only embodies the progress of science, but also reflects the humanistic nature; in conjunction with the surgery, patients recover more easily, so that patients feel comfortable, and reduce complications. Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment of urological care in the operation means to adapt, this is the guarantee of successful operation.
