[摘要]目的 探讨提早用缩宫素对减少剖宫产术中出血、预防产后出血的可行性。方法 选择500例剖宫产，在打开子宫下段腹膜层的同时即静脉加入缩宫素20u或30u。结果 实验组出血量228±36ml，无一例产后出血；观察组出血量340±47ml，两者有显著差异。结论 提早用缩宫素可明显减少术中失血、预防产后出血。

 Abstract：Purpose Discuss with the possibility of early usage of oxytocin to reduce bleeding amount in the cesarean section and prenvent the feasibility of postpartum hemoyyhage . Method Choose 500 cases of cesarean patients，when cutting open the peritoneal layer of the lower uterine segment，injest oxytocin 20 or 30 units in the vein .。Result Bleeding amount(228±36)ml，with no case of postpartum hemorrhage in the experimental group while in the observation group bleeding amount is(340±47)ml ......
