【摘要】目的 分析宫颈妊娠在临床护理中的作用。方法 经药物保守治疗2007年2月至2010年12月来我院治疗的患者8例，用药后3天、7天复查血 HCG及B超，根据血HCG下降情况决定是否追加给药。若HCG下降明显，B超检查提示妊娠囊萎缩或剥脱出血时，开通静脉通路，做好输血准备，行清宫术。结果8例均保守成功，使用疗程最少3个，最多5个。结论 采取相应的护理对策，对宫颈妊娠安全有效，良好的护理可加速病人康复进程。

 [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical care of cervical pregnancy in the role. Method by conservative medical treatment from February 2007 to December 2010 to our hospital in 8 patients, medication after 3 days, 7 days review of blood HCG and B-, according to the serum HCG had dropped to decide whether an additional dose.
