[摘 要] 目的 探讨输卵管积水导致不孕的临床疗效观察。方法 选择我院2008年1月～2010年11月不孕症患者均以B超下穿刺，抽液，保守治疗；腹腔镜下输卵管造口术；腹腔镜下患侧输卵管切除术(切除至间质部)。结果B超下穿刺组与输卵管造口术组和B超下穿刺组与输卵管切除术组对比，P0.05，无显著差异。 结论 输卵管积水患侧切除术或造口术，术后妊娠率明显高于保守治疗方案。
