[摘要]目的 分析探讨早产儿的临床喂养经验。方法 回顾性分析82例早产儿的临床护理资料。早产儿由于消化吸收功能、黏膜屏障功能和胃肠道动力不成熟，吸吮力和吞咽能力较弱。其喂养方法应视早产儿的情况而定。工作中我们采用安慰奶嘴非营养吸吮，早期微量鼓励性喂养，口胃管口饲，腹部按摩，肛管灌肠早产儿综合喂养技术对早产儿进行护理。结果 82例早产儿日增奶量、排便次数、日增体质量均明显增加，达到经口喂养及住院时间明显缩短，无一例喂养不耐受的情况发生。结论 科学合理的运用早产儿综合喂养技术，能及早促进胃肠功能成熟，对提高早产儿存活率和生存质量具有显著作用。
