  [摘要] 目的： 观察与探讨腹腔镜下异位妊娠手术的疗效及应用前景。方法： 我院自2009年4月至2010年3月对144例患者根据不同的手术式分为两组，开腹行手术异位妊娠患者72例，其中输卵管妊娠71例，卵巢妊娠1例；72例行腹腔镜手术的异位妊娠患者(均为输卵管妊娠)资料，我们进行半年的随访时间进行回顾性分析。结果： 两组患者在异位妊娠类型构成比、年龄、体重、孕产次等方面差异无显著性;两组探查术中的手术、术后住院天数、并发症、下床时间、术后发热情况、排气时间及术后输卵管复通等方面差异有显著性。结论： 应用腹腔镜可显著提升异位妊娠的诊断率，腹腔镜下异位妊娠手术完全，同时腹腔镜下清除腹腔液及进行腹腔异位内膜病灶内凝固术，可安全有效用于临床，而且并发症少、创伤小、恢复快的特点，值得优先选择。

 [ Abstract ] Objective To observe and study of ectopic pregnancy by laparoscope operation curative effect and application prospect of. Methods in our hospital from 2009April to2010March144 patients according to different operation type were divided into two groups, laparotomy operation of patients with ectopic pregnancy in 72 cases, including71 cases of fallopian tube pregnancy,1 cases of ovarian pregnancy;72 cases of laparoscopic operation for ectopic pregnancy patients (both for tubal pregnancy ) data, we performed during the first half of the year the follow-up period were retrospectively analyzed. Results of two groups of patients in ectopic pregnancy, age, type of constituent ratio of weight, motherhood as there was no significant difference in two groups; exploration of operation, postoperative hospital stay, complications, getting out of bed time, postoperative fever cases, exhaust time and postoperative fallopian tube recanalization, there were significant differences. Conclusion application of the laparoscopic can significantly improve the rate of diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy by laparoscope operation completely, while the laparoscopic removal of peritoneal fluid and peritoneal ectopic endometrium solidified technique, can be effective and safe for clinical use, and fewer complications, less trauma, quicker recovery characteristics, deserves priority selection ......
