标准化病人和PBL结合教学法在消化内科教学中的应用研究

  [摘要] 标准化病人(Standardized patient,SP) 及以问题为中心的(Problem-based learning,PBL) 教学法在我国尚处于起步阶段,在消化科教学方面的经验也非常有限。SP和PBL教学在消化科教学中的效果如何,目前尚不明确。我们在消化科教学中引入PBL、SP结合教学法,结果发现能有效调动学生学习积极性,提高临床实践能力,促进创新能力,增加医患沟通能力,取得了良好的教学效果。

 Application of PBL and Standardized Patient in Gastroenterology Teaching

 Abstract Standardized patients(SP) and problem-based learning(PBL), now mainstay of the undergraduate medical education experience, are beginning to play larger roles in China. However in gastroenterology teaching, there were few experiences and their effect is still unknow. We introduced PBL and SP in gastroenterology teaching. We found the combination of PBL and SP could help trainees to improve skills in clinical practice, innovation, communication, that is, could obtain satisfactory result in gastroenterology teaching.
