[摘要] 目的：分析探讨老年烧伤患者的最佳护理方法，以促进患者的早期康复。方法：对26例老年烧伤患者采取烧伤休克期液体复苏护理，休克期监护；落实各项保护性隔离措施，感染期合理应用抗生素，预防感染；加强创面护理，早期进行有效的功能锻炼；并给予合理营养支持、心理护理等。结果：护理措施实施后，老年烧伤患者全部抢救成功，均获痊愈。结论：老年烧伤患者的护理是一项复杂且专业性很强的工作。做好老年烧伤患者的基础护理、加强病情观察对于治疗及预防并发症的发生有重要意义。

 Clinical analysis of Nursing Care with 26 old age Patients

 Abstract: Objective: To observe the nursing care with 26 old age patients and to improve the efficacy of early rehabilitation.Methods: The whole patients were treated with the nursing ofshock stage liquid anabiosis and guardianship; wound surface nursing、dirigation、rational nutrition and mental nursing .Results: All the 26 old age patients were cured.Conclusion:The nursing care of old age patients is a complex and professional work, for treatment and to prevent,it is key point to supply basic nursing and strengthen the observation.
