[摘要] 目的：分析研究断指再植成活的术前、术后护理要点，以提高临床成功率。方法：对我院2010年5月至2011年5月收治的46例断指再植患者的护理措施进行总结。46例患者均进行充分的术前健康教育、术前准备、心理护理；术后妥善安置患者，加强局部护理、基础护理、体位护理等。结果：本组46例患者54指成活52指，成活率96.30%，患者对护理满意度达100%，无一例护理差错及事故。结论：断指再植需要充分全面的配合和护理，细致周密的观察、耐心详细的护理及功能锻炼是促进断指再植的存活率的重要保证。

 nursing care of46 cases with severed finger replantation

 Abstract: Objective :To summarize the nursing care and observation points in replantation of severed finger, and to increase the survival rate of digital replantation.Methods: 46 patients having undergone finger replantation were cared and observed in our hospital from may 2010 to may 2011.The whole patients were treated with health education and mental nursing before surgery, to strengthen part nursing 、basic nursing and body position and so on after surgery.Results: There were 52 fingers survived and the survival rate of digital replantation was 96.30%,the satisfaction rate of patients was 100%,without nursing error .Conclusion: The scientific comprehensive nursing and functional training after operation are the important guarantee to increase the success rate. ......
