  [摘要] 目的探讨护理干预对高血压糖尿病患者治疗的临床辅助作用。方法对在我科收治的90例高血压糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组接受治疗和运用系统护理干预进行治疗；对照组采用药物治疗和一般卫生宣教。结果两组患者的血压血糖控制和患者对疾病知识的知晓率、血压血糖的控制率、不良饮食习惯改变率和并发症的发生率比较差异有统计学意义。结论 护理干预能使高血压糖尿病患者积极配合治疗，提高患者的防病治病意识，可改善预后，减少并发症及患者负担，提高其生活质量。

 Effect of nursing intervention on treatment of diabetes mellitus in patients with essential hypertension

 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the nursing intervention on the clinical treatment of diabetic patients with hypertension secondary role. Method in our department treated 90 patients with hypertension with diabetes were randomly divided into treatment and control groups and use of nursing interventions for the treatment system; control group of drug treatment and general health education. Results of two groups of patients with blood pressure in patients with blood glucose control and knowledge of disease awareness of blood glucose, blood pressure control rates, poor eating habits change rate and compare difference statistically significant incidence of complications. Conclusions nursing intervention to diabetic patients actively cooperate with the treatment of hypertension, enhance patients awareness of prevent and cure diseases, improving the prognosis, reducing the burden of patients with complications and to enhance their quality of life.
