[摘要]血清载脂蛋白(Apolipoprotein，Apo)作为血脂代谢异常的一个临床指标，在高脂血症并发症和预后评价等方面的价值越来越得到认可。在医学核保领域，Apo在反映脂代谢异常人群的预后及相关并发症的风险评估方面具有重要的作用。但是，在核保相关的脂代谢异常筛查和诊断方面，其实际作用有待进一步论证。

 [Abstract]Apolipoprotein (apolipoprotein, Apo) , as a clinical indicator of abnormal lipid metabolism, is valuable in the evaluation of hyperlipidemic complications and prognosis, which has gained more and more recognitionin the international medical underwriting field Apo also plays an important role in the reflection the prognosis of patients with abnormal lipid metabolism and in the risk assessment of related concurrent diseases. However, the actual role of Apo remains to be further investigated, in the abnormal lipid metabolism related to screening and diagnosis of medical underwriting.
