摘 要：如何根据医院发展的实际情况，做好医院的总体规划？如何运用系统科学的发展观，统筹安排、合理布局，做好医院建筑改扩建工作？这些是医院管理者必须重视的问题。文章从“注入综合性和人文性”、“立足长远”、“注重相关服务设施增容改造”等方面阐述了改扩建中的几个重点。

 Abstract:How to do the work of overall planning according to the actual situation of hospital’s development?
