摘 要：医院工程功能复杂，专业系统与设备繁多，工程投资额高于一般的公共建筑，而工程投资80%的影响因素在设计阶段决定，可见设计管理工作在医院工程项目管理中的重要性。做好设计管理也是工程施工阶段有序管理的重要条件和保障；通过设计发包模式的选择、规划设计专业与发包界面、编制设计管理进度计划、《设计任务书》和委托方式四方面实现做好医院项目设计管理工作的目的。
