摘 要：建设洁净手术室的目的是要最大限度地保持手术室接近无菌环境，减少手术创口感染。它通过采用通风和系统净化措施，降低空气中的细菌浓度，改善手术室环境，致力于手术室无菌空间的控制，有效避免微生物的危害，最终防止术中感染。文章重点介绍了洁净手术室建设的目的，国家标准及洁净手术室建设初期在使用和维护中应注意的几个问题。
