摘 要：通过深圳市滨海医院打造绿色医院的实践过程，阐明了在绿色医院建设中，医疗功能布局、医疗流程是关键。建筑应服从功能需要，以最大限度地节约资源、保护环境和减少污染；应以绿色建筑、先进的装备及数字化医院建设来保障，达到运营高效、服务高效，有利于医院可持续发展的目的。

 Abstract: Explained that medical functional layout and medical procedures is the key in green hospital's construction by the practice of building Shenzhen Binhai Hospital to a green hospital.
