摘 要：医院在原地整体改建比新建工程更为复杂、困难，项目的现场管理至关重要。本文阐述了医院整体改建项目要在项目管理水平上得到提升，必须做好进度、质量、安全和投资成本控制4个方面的现场管理工作,并进行了具体论述。

 Abstract: The whole reconstruction of the hospital on the original site is much more complicated and difficult than new building project and the site management is vital. This article gives specific analysis that the site management must be done well in four aspects: schedule, quality, safety and investment in order to improve the project management level in hospital reconstruction project.
