摘要：停车问题一直是困扰就医者和医院的社会问题。北京肿瘤医院在扩建中通过升降横移式机械停车和自动化机械停车两套方案选比，最终决定采用自动机械停车库，在解决看病停车难问题的同时，也缓解了现有医疗用房的不足，带来了一定的社会效益和经济效益。

 Abstract:With the growing emphasis on the topic of air-conditioning energy-saving,many emerging energy-efficient air conditioning system are vigorously promoted.The medical Air-conditioning system’s energy consumption is very high. By introducing the technology of solution humidity in the independent control of temperature and humidity and analyzing specific cases, this paper concluds that independent temperature and humidity controll air-conditioning system has significant energy savings and can reach 20% energy saving compared with the conventional air conditioning system.
