摘 要：我国精神专科医院的建设处于起步阶段，而我国地域宽广，各地区的经济、文化差距很大，在精神专科医院的设计过程中，一定要根据医院的实际需求确定设计方案。精神专科医院的住院部设计更是有其自己的特点，可从门诊与住院部的设置比例、营造正常的建筑空间、护理单元的设计、病房的床位设置、生活区的设计、安全设计等方面入手。

 Abstract: The design of psychiatric hospitals need to determine the design according to the actual needs of the hospital. The inpatient department of psychiatric hospital especially has its own characteristics, and can start to grasp from setting the proportion of outpatient departments and hospital departments,building normal space, and designing nursing unit,ward beds,living area, etc.
