摘要：以上海某医院传染科病房楼大悬挑框架结构的设计为例，介绍了大悬挑结构关键构件在小震和中震作用下的构件设计及节点分析，在罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性分析方法。建议对此类整体悬挑框架结构进行两个阶段的设计，并对重要构件进行抗震计算。

 Abstract: Taking the large cantilever frame structure design of infectious diseases ward building in a hospital in Shanghai as an example, this paper describes the design features and nodal analysis of the key components of large cantilevered structure in the small and moderate earthquake,and introduces the elastic-plastic analysis in rare earthquake.It suggests adopting two-stage in designing cantilever frame structure and calculateing the seismic coefficient of the important component.
