摘?要

 对医学界越来越多的层流通风手术室感染率没有减少的研究进行分析,发现上风向污染可能是关键原因，并对暖通界的不同的观点给予复信和评议,探索用低成本低运行费的空气无菌卫生技术替代高投入、高运行费的层流净化技术。
