摘?要

 针对医院建设项目特点，以项目集成管理的理论为基础，提出医院建设项目的业主方应充分发挥主导作用，整合资源，对医院建设实施全过程集成化的管理。结合医院建设项目业主方集成管理的四个方面，从组织、信息、风险等方面介绍了滨州医学院烟台附属医院建设项目推行业主方集成管理的实施情况。

 Abstract

 According to the characteristics of hospital construction project, based on theory of project integrated management, the viewpoint that the owner of hospital construction should give full play to the leading role in the integration of resources and elements and carry out the integrated management in whole process of hospital construction. The four dimensions were given and the implement of owner integrated management in construction of Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University was introduced.
