摘?要

 一个医院建设项目的成败，原因固然不一，但监理单位和监理工程师的素质、水平和工作质量对其影响很大，已为多数项目业主所认识。如何成功地选择到理想的监理单位和监理工程师，并使其尽心尽力地为建设单位服务已成为项目业主普遍关注并正在探索的一个新问题。文章就医院建设项目监理单位的选择进行了要点分析，并对监理机构工作质效的监督管理措施进行了探讨。

 Abstract

 Despite many reasons lead to the success or failure of a hospital construction, the qualification, standards and efficiency of a construction supervision institution and its engineers are fatal, and this is aware by most project owners. How to select an ideal supervision institution and engineer and make them dedicate to the project is a new issue for the project owners. The article analyzes the selection of a supervision institution and discusses the management approaches on the supervision institution.
