摘?要

 医院急诊科存在人员过多、通风不良、容易发生交叉感染的问题。文章从医院建筑通风规范标准出发，提出了具体的改造方案，最后对比分析了工程改造前后的经济和环境效益。

 Abstract

 The Emergency Department is usually overcrowded, poor ventilated and easily cross infected. The article proposes detailed methods based on the ventilation code, and compares the economic and environmental benefits before and after the renovation.
