摘 要

 目前，很多老旧医院的建设由于缺少总体规划与发展构想,一直处于见缝插针的状态，很多医院院区存在医疗规模小、医疗流程不合理、人流物流交叉、环境杂乱、用地紧张、建筑陈旧等诸多问题。文章结合具体实例，对医院改扩建工程进行了新探索。

 Abstract

 So far, lacking of overall plan and development plans, many old hospitals make use of every bit of space, and therefore a lot of problems arise, such as small scale, unreasonable medical procedures, unseparated people and logistic flow, massy environment, tight land use, obsolete building, etc. the article reviews the hospital renovation and expansion with detailed case study.
