摘 要

 如何将一个完工或者即将完工的建设项目过渡给院方，让其成为一个正常营运的新医院，是摆在承担全过程项目管理任务的代建企业面前的一项重要工作，代建企业所属的项目部可通过安装工程移交、医用专项工程移交、信息系统移交主动承担和参与后阶段的移交管理，保证建设目标的顺利实现。

 Abstract: In the Agent System mode, Traditional management system "build and use of unified" into "build and use of separate". When Hospital projects construction into later stage, Project management transfer has become an important task. This paper is to elaborate the main points of the project management transfer work.
