摘 要

 医院项目实施代建是医院建设的一种模式，代建制的实行为医院建设提供了专业化的建设管理团队，对医院建设有着十分积极的作用。文章通过对代建制现状及特点的概述，具体阐述了深圳代建模式的特点。
