摘 要：震区医院的规划设计除满足一般规划设计的基本原则外，更应注重其抗震性即功能性、实用性和安全性，注意到结构的整体性、规则性。既要考虑总体布局上的宏观面，又要注重关键部位的微观细节。

 一、医院规划设计原则

 (一)用地选择

 医院用地应选择在自然条件好、环境优美安静的地段，远离工厂、车站等污染源和噪声源。医院应有专用的独立地段，保证建筑物有良好的日照和通风。地段最好有两个侧边临街，便于设置出入口、划分功能区和组织内部流线。用地面积应充足，以保证较低的建筑密度，尽量留有发展余地。应尽量选择市政条件良好的地段，以保证医院有较高的卫生条件。
